Branneby Gamla Skola, Fjällbacka

Branneby old school is, as the name suggests, an old small school from the late 1800s. The two extensions were built in the 1950s. The school is located in a quiet rural environment with farms and farm shops within walking distance. We also cultivate a lot ourselves, together or individually if desired. Both apples, grapes, and berries. We have a friendly dog, three lovely cats, and five hens. The neighbors have horses and cows. It takes 15 minutes to the sea in Fjällbacka, Hamburgsund, or Gerlesborg's art school and the artists' collective workshop. There are about 3 buses a day on the country road 800 meters away, and there are plenty of gravel roads for cycling and walking. The forest is right outside the door. Own car preferred. The attic window room is one of three rooms that used to belong to the school teachers. Kitchen area, toilet, shower room, and large balcony with bathtub are shared with the other two tenants. There is also an option to rent the entire upstairs for 9000 SEK/month.
