We will be traveling for a few weeks this summer and wish to rent out the house during this period. The rental period will be from Monday, August 17, to Saturday, September 5. * Large, sunny terrace with fantastic views and sun exposure. We have sun from around 12:00 PM until sunset. * Sheltered and private location, right by the forest * Short distance to the subway via elevator in the condominium * Garage space with easy access to the townhouse and charger for electric cars. This is a rare opportunity on the sunny side of Holmenkollen! Arnulf Øverlands vei 162 is a beautiful house over three floors with an idyllic and secluded location in scenic surroundings. The house has a west-facing terrace with a beautiful view towards Bogstadvannet and Bærumsmarka with spectacular sunsets. The house comes with a parking space in the condominium's shared garage facility where an electric car charger is installed. The house is relatively newly renovated and is in very good condition. On the first floor, you will find the entrance, bathroom, and a larger living area with an office and built-in double bed (nicknamed "the cabin"). The second floor is where we sleep, here are two smaller bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a child's bed (70x160 cm). There is also a larger bedroom with a double bed, and we have both a bathroom and laundry room. The third floor is where we spend most of our time, here we cook in a large kitchen, eat, play, or sit on the sofa, all while enjoying the view through large windows and a sliding door that mostly stays open in the summer. The terrace outside is perfect for warm summer evenings, equipped with a sofa and large gas grill. The street we live on is quiet and full of playing children, a really friendly neighborhood where you can easily chat with neighbors. If you love forests and trails, whether on foot or by bike, this is the perfect starting point for many great trips in beautiful Nordmarka. A few meters from the front door, you can start on gravel roads that go miles into Oslo's backyard. If at times you also wish to take a trip to the city, it takes about 7 minutes to the Skogen subway station or 5 minutes to the Voksen Skog bus stop. From both of these, you can be in the city in about 30 minutes.
