Wish to rent out our house until summer 2028, with the possibility of extension if both parties agree. The house is rented furnished or partially furnished with a total of four bedrooms. Short distance to the bus stop, and great hiking areas nearby. Two kilometers from the nearest grocery store, and the new sports and cultural facility at Nysæter is about 1 km away. The house has a fantastic location with a large garden and beautiful views of Storavatnet. Sunny and sheltered plot. Quiet atmosphere, minimal noise. The garden has several fruit trees and roses. Plenty of parking space for several cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. The tenant signs their own electricity and internet agreement.
