Fully tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Laundry room shared with the landlord, on designated days. Maximum 2 tenants. No pets or smoking allowed. The rent is inclusive (at normal consumption) including Wi-Fi. About a 10-minute walk to the bus station and ICA, pharmacy, Akademi Båstad, etc. About a 15-minute walk to the harbor and beach. We are 2 people living upstairs, wishing to rent to someone who works or studies. We are looking for responsible tenants with no payment remarks. Preferably a reference from previous landlords. Must be able to speak Swedish or English for clear communication. A DEPOSIT equivalent to 1 month's rent is required before moving in. Rent is paid in advance.
