The room is currently mainly furnished as a bedroom and will be equipped with a bed, storage, wardrobe, and (if you wish) a small workspace with a desk and chair. The apartment is shared with me, who holds the main lease. Shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. What is included in the rent The rent includes a furnished room, broadband/wifi, electricity, and access to the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The apartment is quietly located but close to the city center, with the subway a few minutes away and about four stations to Skanstull. Communication Very good communications via the green line. Hammarbyhöjden is a quiet and appreciated area with proximity to both Södermalm, the Nacka nature reserve with fantastic nature and forest, and services. Why I am renting out the apartment I work in communication, sound, and media and am possibly considering work outside of Stockholm in the coming periods. Therefore, I am ideally looking for a calm, responsible, and preferably professional person who appreciates a safe and respectful living environment.
