The apartment is on the 1st floor of a large split-level villa in Mörarp. The house is a short 2-minute walk from the train station in Mörarp and a 5-minute walk from Mörarp's school, ICA, and Mörarp's Pizzeria. The apartment is divided into three parts: an L-shaped hall that connects a shower room, WC, and laundry room; a large 17m2 bedroom; and a 35m2 kitchen/living room. What gives the apartment its charm are the spacious rooms, the high ceiling height (270cm), and the large windows that open to a beautiful forest with a running brook. We ourselves live upstairs, so it is important for us to find someone who is family-friendly and can match our calm and safe lifestyle.
