Brand new insulated Attefall house of 30 square meters. Detached on my plot with a lovely garden and view. The operation of electricity, water, waste management, and broadband/TV is approximately 1600 - 2200 SEK per month, but is affected by the season. A hall with good space for clothes and shoes, and then you enter a spacious kitchen. Brand new furnishings and good space for a table with chairs. An interior door with a small round window leads into the bedroom/living room with space for single beds or a 140 cm bed. From there is a door to the bathroom, and everything is new there too. Toilet, bath with shower, washing machine, and large water heater. It is about 900 meters to the bus stop on road 11 with regular departure times. I had the cabin built for a friend who was going to live there, but the plans changed.
