I am renting out my bright and well-planned studio of 35 sqm with a spacious kitchen, plenty of storage space, and a balcony with a view of the green area. The apartment is located in Jakobsberg, near Djäkneberget, the city, and Mälardalen University. It is about a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike to the center. A grocery store is within walking distance, about 450 meters away. The apartment is available for rent from now and indefinitely (we seek approval one year at a time from the housing cooperative). The rent includes heating, water, and broadband, electricity is added according to consumption. I am looking for a well-behaved, non-smoking, and pet-free person or couple with a stable income. Since 2017, my child and I have lived here and enjoyed it very much. The apartment feels bright and comfortable with a practical layout. The balcony overlooking the green area has been a favorite spot – especially during the summer months when it almost functions as an extra room.
