Hello! 🌸 I am renting out my 34 square meter condo in central Märsta until it is sold. It is a 5-minute walk to Märsta center and an 8-minute walk to Märsta train station. There are connections to Arlanda, Stockholm, and Uppsala. The apartment is a studio with a sleeping alcove, French balcony, and separate kitchen. The apartment is rented out fully furnished including crockery, cutlery, etc. Hot water, broadband, electricity, and furnishing are included in the rent. Laundry facilities are available in the building. Move-in can be arranged by agreement but no earlier than June 1st and is valid until further notice. The apartment is up for sale, so there will be 1-2 viewings per month until it is sold. 1 month's notice period or as agreed upon sale.
