I have a room to rent out in my three-room apartment in central Lund. Virtually the entire city can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. There is a grocery store, restaurant, hairdresser, and bus stop within 150 m. I am renting it out because my daughter has moved out. The room is furnished, with plenty of storage. I am a smoker, but I smoke outdoors. The rent includes electricity, wifi, laundry facilities, and shared kitchen and bathroom. Move-in is from August 1st and the room is rented indefinitely. (move-in date is negotiable) References from previous residences are appreciated. Rent 4500 SEK/month. The monthly rent is paid in advance every month. Using standard agreement for lodgers.
