🏡 Large and family-friendly villa in Lidingö with fantastic sea view 🌊✨ The house is about 300 sqm divided into 3 floors and is perfect for a family. It has 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, cozy TV room and 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, shower, and sauna 🔥 There is also an opportunity for, for example, an au-pair or guests to stay on a separate floor with their own toilet and shower. We are a family with two children aged 5 and 3 years and expecting twins in September 2026 👶👶 Therefore, everything you could think of needing for families with children – crib, high chairs, children's cutlery, and endless amounts of toys 🧸✨ Large patio and garden with grill 🌿☀️ Close to water and beautiful walking paths 💙 Good connections to Stockholm 🚍 Only about 15 minutes by car to the city 🚗 We will be spending a few months in Spain during the winter and are therefore renting out our home from about December 1st – April 1st ☀️ We are somewhat flexible with the dates and may extend the period for the right tenant 😊
