The apartment's layout is functional in everyday life and easy to furnish to your liking. The apartment is bright, with natural light coming in from large windows facing west/northwest. The apartment's color scheme is calming and unified - large light surfaces and wood tones in the details. You can furnish the living room clearly, in the style and taste you desire. The living room has access to the balcony. The large, glazed balcony spans the entire width of the apartment and, thanks to its glazing, serves as an extension of the living room from early spring to late autumn. It is pleasant to spend time on the balcony and cool off after the sauna. The balcony can comfortably accommodate terrace furniture and/or lounge chairs. There is a sea view from the balcony. The U-shaped kitchen has a lot of both cabinet and counter space. The oven was replaced in the fall of 2024. The dishwasher will be replaced in 2027. Stools can be placed at the peninsula, so it can be excellently used as a dining table, for example. The fridge-freezer is placed in continuation of the hallway cabinetry. The living room provides access to the bedroom. The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the wardrobes, and there is also room, for example, for a dresser or desk. The bedroom windows are on the peaceful alley side. In the spacious bathroom, the shower is cleverly on a different wall than the toilet, and there is a spot for the washing machine next to the door. Several people can comfortably sauna together. In the hallway, there is additional storage space: rod, shelf, and cleaning cupboard. In the basement, there is a warm, lockable storage specific to each apartment. The rent includes a building broadband internet connection at a basic speed (100Mbit/s, Telia). The tenant can, at their own expense, increase the apartment-specific broadband speed directly from Telia if desired. The water usage (cold and hot) of the apartments is measured by apartment-specific water meters. The advance water payment is 16€/person/month, payable with the rent. The water reconciliation fee is once a year. The apartment is ideal for enjoying both the city's hustle and nature - in a few minutes you can be at Rotuaari and the market, as well as Ainola park's jogging paths and the seashore. Walking and cycling are easy for handling errands, so there is little need for a personal car. There are several bus stops nearby, providing convenient access to different parts of Oulu by bus. In the city center, cars can be parked in parking garages and street parking spaces. Street side and city-managed parking areas also offer monthly parking.
