Charming cottage near Sundsvall – discount in exchange for simpler maintenance and repairs We rent out our simple but pleasant cottage about 15 km west of Sundsvall during the summer. Here you live quietly and secluded with nature at your doorstep and a nice, private bathing area just a few minutes' walk away. The cottage is best suited for those who appreciate the simple country life rather than high standards. In the cottage, there are: - electricity and water - kitchen and dining area - living room with TV - sleeping space for 2 people in the cottage - sofa bed and kitchen sofa for extra sleeping places - guest house with 2 beds - shed with 2 beds In total, up to 6–8 people can stay easily overnight. We are preferably looking for tenants who like being in the countryside and who can help a little with keeping the place during the stay. This can, for example, involve: - mowing the lawn - watering when needed - simple painting or minor fixes by agreement Regular price: 5,500 SEK/week Discounted price with help with maintenance and simpler work: about 2,000–4,500 SEK/week depending on the arrangement and length of stay.
