Part of my house is available for rent to a calm and orderly person. Perfect for singles or possibly a couple (not suitable for children). Otherwise perfect as an overnight apartment or for those who travel a lot. The house is located in Väla village, just 10 minutes to the city, sea, golf, nature, and shopping. I have a cozy and bright basement of 66 sqm with its own entrance and patio. If you are interested in gardening, I have a large garden with planting boxes, lots of apple trees, berries, and grapes, so + if you like to tinker and fix in the garden. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen, and a small dining area, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. (PS ceiling height in some rooms 1.85 m DS) The laundry room is in the apartment, so I need access there occasionally. No hairy pets and or smoking allowed indoors. Facilities The kitchenette includes basic equipment, hotplates, a small oven, a refrigerator, a small freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle. Rent between 7000-8500 SEK. I rent out because I spend a lot of time abroad and in my cottage.
