Our lovely flatmate is moving at the end of July, so we've already started to look out for a suitable flatmate! We are looking for a long-term tenant from August 1st on :) Our home is lovely +100m2 top-floor apartment in Kalasatama - one of the fastest building area of Helsinki. It's very well connected urban area with buses, trams and subways, close to all services, shopping mall, restaurants etc, yet still provides great outdoors with its parks and islands nearby. We have 4 bedrooms, a shared living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom, toilet, sauna and balcony. The available room is +/- 18m2. With two windows, it is a bright room that has build in closet space and easily fits a large bed and a desk. Rent is 600€ +27€ water. Deposit is two months rent. We like to keep the house tidy and comfortable for everyone. We like it to feel like a home, where everyone can be as they are, and also respect other people's space and peace. We are a relaxed mix of a student, almost-graduate and one of us is working full time, all in the arts or creative industries. We like to socialise and watch films in the shared spaces, we have a lovely, big living room for that. We are looking for someone who is social, calm, has their own projects going on and likes to cook and share a meal from time to time :-* Good to know about the apartment: - There is the possibility to take over the furniture in the room, including a bed, desk, and drawer. - internet is included (10M) - there is common washing- and drying room - but we also have a private washing machine - There is a storage room, bike seller, clubroom on the top floor and a private and common sauna. - the apartment is not allowed for smoking and unfortunately also not for pets.. - There are no renovation coming up - We communicate in English :) We would love to hear from you!
