Heidenstams Gata, Hisings Backa

Hello! I am renting out a room in my two-room apartment. The room is rented fully furnished and the rent includes electricity, water, and internet. It is located in Hisingen's Backa, about a 5-minute walk from Selma Lagerlöf's square where there are both a bus stop and several restaurants, cafes, and a library. You can easily get to downtown Gothenburg by bus in 18 minutes. I preferably seek a student, calm and orderly person. We share the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small gym in the building where you can access training for only 500kr for the whole year. About me: I work quite a lot and am almost never home, I am orderly and like to keep it clean and nice around me.
