The comfort in the apartment is of a modern class with underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment. We offer a dishwasher as an option for 70 SEK/month. THE RENT Included in the rent is a supplement for broadband 100/100 and TV Lagom, the price is 300 SEK/month. Electricity and water - individual measurement. This means you do not need to sign contracts for electricity or hot water yourself. This is already arranged when you move into the apartment. We measure your consumption and invoice the cost together with your rent notice. SURROUNDINGS - COMMUNICATION CONNECTIONS Vega is the district that is emerging as a vibrant place with mixed buildings in scenic surroundings. The communication connections are very good as you will live only a short walk to the commuter train that takes you to central Stockholm in about 25 minutes.
