Transport is by your own boat, 200m. Boat and dock are available to borrow. Car parking is included. Long-term rental, first-hand contract 'until further notice', but at least nine months. The house is a three-room apartment of 60 sqm with an open kitchen and large living room. The other two rooms can be used as bedrooms or offices. The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower and underfloor heating. In a small laundry room, there is a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove, oven, and dishwasher. The plot is large with many trees and bushes. If you want to grow, there are also planter boxes. There is a rich birdlife and it is very quiet and peaceful. On the plot, there is also a former outhouse which is currently being converted into a studio. In the meantime, it can be used as a larger storage area. The island has a shared pier and swimming area. In the summer, there is also an ice cream kiosk and farm shop. The island has a pleasant neighborhood community, and people help each other here. In February 2026, we had a safe ice road, but most often, your own boat is needed even in winter.
