Cozy furnished apartment for autumn Located in Puolivälikangas, in a quiet place with a nice yard, pleasant neighbors. The bus goes nearby to the city center in 15 minutes. Good bike paths to the city center and university. Second floor of a terraced house, the sun shines in the living room in the early evening. Rent includes water and wi-fi, electricity is separate. The building has a free laundry room. Nearby is a small store. The entire apartment will be renovated in the fall of 2024. I am renting the apartment for a fixed term furnished starting August 1st. I hope for a tenant for 5 months, but shorter periods are also considered, minimum 3 months. In the pictures, the apartment is quite colorful. I can make it more neutral and clear out the other bedroom of painting equipment.
