Here you live in a quiet and lush residential area, just a 5-10 minute walk from the commuter train station that quickly takes you into the city. Nearby there is also a center with a pharmacy, ICA and health center - everything you need within convenient distance. The cottage was built in the early 90s but was completely renovated in 2016 and has a modern standard with stylish parquet flooring in both the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a charming wood stove that not only adds to the coziness but also provides the possibility of pleasant warmth during chilly days. Outside there is space to store wood if you want to make fires often - of course, the wood stove is regularly soothed and approved according to all fire safety regulations. Outside the cottage, you are greeted by a lovely patio where you can create your own oasis with outdoor furniture and flower pots. In the evenings, you have a chance to be accompanied by deer and foxes that sneak by in the quiet area. The area and the accommodation: The cottage is well insulated and cool in the summer but keeps the heat well during the winter. Heating is done with electricity, which gives you full control over your costs - electricity is charged separately via an approved electric meter. Our family: We live on the plot ourselves, a family of five (including our charming cat). We value peace and comfort, but it happens that the children play outside after school.
