The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge, and a large freezer. Parking space included (costly to park on the street). The rent includes water, heating, TV, broadband, and parking space. Household electricity is not included. Close proximity to the city center, grocery store, kiosk, and university. To rent, you must be approved in an application to the association. You must be pet and smoke-free. No payment defaults.
