Renting out the lower floor of my house. The house is a split-level and I live on the upper floor with a terrace, while the lower floor has a balcony door and a paved patio. I am currently building the kitchen/shower/laundry room but have finished the living room, hallway, and bedroom. It will probably take a month or so before I am done. You will have your own entrance as I will be entering from the back to my part. I have fiber 1000/1000 to the property and have mobile broadband. The public transportation is so-so... Or bad, to be honest... There is a commuter bus to Stockholm/Norrtälje and a commuter train from Ekskogen. I recommend having a car. Electricity cost will be added and adjusted according to consumption. The lower floor is actually 99 sqm but I have divided it as I have access to the electrical panel and ground source heat pump, as well as a walk-in closet. This part is separate from the rental section. New pictures will be shared when the shower cabin and kitchen are finished.
