Room for rent - apartment in safe, green area (female tenant only) A bright and comfortable approx. 17 m² private room is available in a peaceful apartment located in a family-friendly and very safe neighborhood close to water, nature, and small harbours of Stockholm. The room comes furnished with a bed and has a large window with a beautiful view of the river and surrounding greenery and you will have access to your own toilet. It is located right next to the kitchen, making everyday living convenient and practical. WiFi will be provided. You will have your own dedicated space in the refrigerator as well as storage for your own condiments. The bathroom is shared. The apartment is shared with me only. I live alone, however every second week I have my two daughters (aged 14 and 16) staying with me. There is also a very friendly cat living in the home. Transport & location: Only a 7-minute walk to the tram that takes you to metro connection at Alvik. Bus connection nearby with direct access to Solna, Sundyberg and Bromma. Around 35–40 minutes travel time to Karolinska Institutet Excellent access via Stockholm metro and Stockholm tram networks About the area: The neighbourhood is quiet, green, and safe, with plenty of walking paths and direct access to waterfront nature.
