Hello! I am looking for a conscientious and calm individual/student for long-term rental of a quiet and central property with views of the backyard due to work in another location. The subtenant must be between 18–25 years old according to the contract. The preliminary move-in date is September 1, the move-in date is negotiable. At least 6 months rental with the possibility of extension to 12 months, alternatively longer depending on the situation. Electricity is not included in the rent. Internet is not included in the rent. Storage is not included. Two minutes to the subway and one minute to the bus stop. Due to the furniture, a higher deposit will be required which will be refunded upon moving out. Furniture included are mirrors, room divider, table, sofa, and armchair as well as an air purifier.
