We would like to rent out the main house and share the yard and barn with, for example: - A person, a couple, or a small family who intends to take care of the house as their own (together with us). Monthly rent 9000 SEK + electricity & wood (approximately 1500-2000 SEK/month). - Student, person, couple, or a small family preferably renting partially furnished and wanting to move out in the summer. Monthly rent 8000 SEK including electricity. We are a small family of three who have outgrown our house and will move to Visby. Since we do not feel ready to sell this little gem where we have invested both time and love, we want to see if we can find someone who wants to rent the house. We think it could be an excellent opportunity to try out the dream of living in the countryside before buying your own farm, or to live secluded on a farm but still have opportunities for socializing when you feel like it. The residential house is small but charming, about 80 sqm with a furnished attic floor with sloped ceilings. Upstairs is a bedroom plus a potential sleeping alcove. We have also used the upper floor as a TV/film room. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room, toilet with shower, and a small bedroom or playroom. The house has a tiled stove in the living room and a wood stove in the kitchen, both fully functional. There is also an air heat pump in the living room. In the yard, there is a wood shed, a carpenter's shed, and a large barn converted into a studio, workshop, dance floor, cinema, or other fun. ... We wish to have continued access to the barn and therefore it is important that those who rent are people who sync well with us. You as a tenant can also have access to the space in the barn, we like the phrase Sharing is caring. We envisage that you who choose to live here enjoy a quiet life in the country. Perhaps there is an interest in cultivation, there is plenty of space for this, creative projects, or the like. You are self-reliant and to some extent practically minded. You are aware of what it means to live in an old house, i.e. not everything works perfectly, the house is a bit drafty, etc. And maybe you even see the charm in just that. It is essential that you like cats as there are two of them on the farm. Hilma and Alva are siblings and are excellent hunters and social animals. Since we will place great emphasis on who or those living here, we would like to get a picture of who you are.
