Located on the upper floor of a relatively newly built detached building on a residential plot on Ingarö. It was built 10 years ago and is in very good condition. It has a shower, WC, washing machine, modern kitchen with standard stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Living room with 42-inch Samsung QLED Smart TV. Partially sloping ceiling and ceiling height of 2.00 m. Fiber internet. Balcony facing southwest and a sea glimpse from the living room. Parking on the plot for ONE car. Direct bus during peak hours takes about 35 min to Slussen (Bus 428X) with good frequency. Worse during off-peak hours. Feel free to check SL's page to understand how the buses run. Stop at Mörtvikens brygga. The apartment is only rented to - and for one (1) student youth for permanent residence. 2 people can be discussed at a higher rent. The person must be Swedish-speaking, very orderly, and smoke- and pet-free. Very good references and freedom from payment defaults are required. Proof of studies must be able to be presented. In addition to the indicated rent, household electricity (about 400 SEK/month according to a separate meter: heating from the heat center is included in the rent). Deposit: 1 month's rent, which is refunded upon departure with deductions for any damages and mandatory final cleaning, about 2,000 SEK. The rent must be paid no later than the last day of the month for the following month. Household electricity must be paid every third month. Rental period: 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension for 3 months if both parties are satisfied.
