The price can be discussed. Available from januari 2027. The exact move-in date can be arranged according to your needs. Who lives here: I (43 years old cancer scientist at Gothenburg university) and my 10-year-old daughter occupy the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The available room is located on the upper floor. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are usually occupied by international students and young professionals, including people affiliated with AstraZeneca, the University of Gothenburg, Chalmers University of Technology, and other workplaces in the Gothenburg area. The upper floor functions as a shared living space for students and young professionals, while my daughter and I live primarily on the ground floor.
