Due to the size of the house, the large garden, the quiet location, and the practical layout, Villa Michel is particularly well-suited for families. Villa Michel has previously been one of our high-quality premium guest houses. Now we offer the house for long-term rental for private and professional reasons. We are moving our primary residence to Västervik for age and work-related reasons and thus no longer have the time required for the very time-consuming maintenance of vacation accommodation. Therefore, we are looking for long-term tenants who appreciate a beautiful, modern, and well-maintained home and who take good care of the house. Villa Michel was completely renovated by professional companies during the years **2024 and 2025**. Among other things, the roof and windows have been renewed. In **2025**, a modern geothermal system was also installed. Technically, the house is very well-equipped and adapted for comfortable living. The house has a well-thought-out layout over several floors. On the entrance floor, there are two bedrooms, and on the lower floor, there is another bedroom. Additionally, the playroom/hallway can be used as a bedroom if needed. The large living room and dining room are connected and offer plenty of space for everyday life, family life, and socializing. A particular highlight is the beautiful new winter garden with sliding glass doors. Directly adjacent is a large new sun deck, which creates additional outdoor living quality and makes the garden especially pleasant to use. The house has two large, new bathrooms with ground-level showers. On each floor, there is a separate entrance, making the use very flexible. The house also includes a garage, a very large driveway with space for up to four cars, and an outdoor socket. The large garden offers plenty of space and can be easily maintained with the existing robotic lawnmower. The robotic lawnmower can be purchased if interested. For extra comfort, there are external awnings on all windows. The existing alarm and energy system from Bosch can also be taken over. Via Bosch Smart Home, the system is easily controlled with an app. The cold rent for the house unfurnished is **12,000 SEK per month**. This rent does not include any running costs. All operating costs, housing costs, and consumption costs are paid entirely by the tenant. Upon request, Villa Michel can also be rented fully furnished and equipped. In this case, the monthly rent is **15,000 SEK**. Alternatively, existing furniture and equipment can be purchased by agreement.
