Bathtub, washing machine, and dishwasher. 3-minute walk to the subway that takes you to Södermalm in 12 minutes. Very quiet apartment that feels private without being overlooked. Electricity and hot water are included in the rent. Street parking outside the house is free. I am renting out my apartment because I’m moving to a new home in mid-June. However, I have access to this apartment until the end of August, which means it will be vacant over the summer.
