Hello, I am renting out a bright room of 14 square meters in my three-room apartment in lovely Gubbängen on the green line. The apartment is recently renovated and is located at the top of a three-storey building, 1 minute to the center with a supermarket, gym, and subway, 12 minutes to Södermalm, 18 minutes to the central station. South-facing balcony. The room has two built-in wardrobes and is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and armchair. The rent includes electricity and internet (wifi). No pets or smoking allowed. We share the common areas, so you should be organized and fairly nice. :) You also get access to the living room, but I have my desk there which I use when I work during the day. It's good if you like plants because there are quite a few in the apartment, and it's good if you can keep them alive when I'm away (I work abroad sometimes). There are some guitars and other instruments in the apartment that are occasionally played. I, who live here, am 40 years old, work as a data scientist at a startup. I've had roommates for a long time before, and it has always worked very well. The room is rented out until September, with a possible extension of a month or two depending on when I go to Portugal for the winter surf season.
