Västergarn Ammor, Gotlands Tofta

We have 5 apartments ranging in size from 25-45 sqm in Västergarn. During the summer, we primarily rent weekly, but there are plans to rent for longer periods in the future. The location is fantastic, with only about 500 meters to the beach where you can find both a stone pier and a sandy beach. Tofta Beach is only 5 km away and Visby is about 25 km. Bus 10 passes by regularly with a stop just a stone's throw from the residence. Dogs are allowed. For rent weekly June-August. From September to mid-June, they can be rented monthly with a rent of 5000-6000 SEK excluding electricity. This property has five apartments. Apartment 1: Three beds. Two in one room and one bed in its own room. 4500 SEK per week June-August (can be rented monthly for the rest of the year) Apartment 2: 4-5 beds. One double bed, sofa bed (1-2 persons), and a single bed in a small private room. 5500 SEK per week June-August (can be rented monthly for the rest of the year) Apartment 3: 4-5 beds. One double bed and a bunk bed with a wider bed below. The double bed is in one room and the bunk bed in another. 5500 SEK per week June-August (can be rented monthly for the rest of the year) Apartment 4: Four beds. Four single beds (that can be combined into double beds). All beds are in the same room. 5500 SEK per week June-August (can be rented monthly for the rest of the year) Apartment 5: Three beds. Two single beds in one room and one single bed in the "living room". 5000 SEK per week June-August (can be rented monthly for the rest of the year) Apartments two and three can be opened up between them if desired. If rented separately, this door is locked so guests cannot open it. All apartments have their own bathroom and kitchenette (two also have a stove with an oven). Cleaning and sheets/towels are NOT included in the price.
