Looking for a tenant (preferably a student) for my apartment in Eriksberg. I am renting out a large, secluded vacant bedroom with its own toilet that is available in my 3-room apartment. With the room comes the items shown in the picture, but also a bed (120 cm) that is not shown in the pictures. You can, of course, bring your own things and decorate the room as you wish. The toilet is basically yours. Everything is in very good and fresh condition! The apartment also, of course, has a bathroom and kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are also available in the apartment. Everything offered by the housing association is also included, i.e., laundry room, sauna, storage, bicycle room, etc. Everything is included in the rent, including internet, electricity, water, etc. There are two other students (men) living in the apartment in separate rooms. They are both orderly students. The notice period is two months for both the tenant and the landlord. Deposit 5800 SEK, which is paid at the lease agreement and refunded upon moving out.
