Just move in, everything is provided (kitchen utensils, plates, bed, pillows, etc). Biking distance to, for example, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). Buses run approximately 7 times/hour right outside the door with an average interval of about 10 minutes, and they pass by SLU (distance about 7 min), Ångström Laboratory (approx. 10 min), Biomedical Center "BMC" (approx. 10 min), and other universities here in Uppsala. 3850:-/month in actual rent. 1 month deposit. Notice period 4 months (as we want to rent to people who rent for a long time and do not hop in/out) or 4620:-/month and rent-free during July and August with a 2-month notice period (it's the same amount if you spread it over 1 year).
