The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment is in good condition, and the building has an elevator. Myllypuro center is only 400 meters away, offering a variety of shops and services: library, pharmacy, major grocery stores, hair salon, restaurants, sports hall, R-Kioski, and much more. There are several bus stops near the apartment, and it is just a 5-minute walk to Myllypuro metro station. The extensive commercial and cultural services of Itäkeskus are just one metro stop away.
