An older cozy apartment that has everything you need. A large bedroom with a 140 bed and a little sleep and a bit of TV. A smaller room with a bed. Large living room where you can also have a bed if you want and sleep. There is internet and a large smart TV and a small one. The rent includes electricity, gas, internet. There is a laundry room and a large lovely courtyard where you can barbecue and sunbathe. The apartment is close to everything. Nature, parks, grocery stores and cafes, restaurants. Close to commuter train, subway, buses. Quiet area and child-friendly area. 10 minute walk to Hagaparken and 15 minute walk to Stockholm city. You can walk to most things if you like to walk. I am going to travel a bit and therefore want to rent out my apartment.
