It is a spacious two-bedroom apartment of 77 square meters with a glazed balcony of 16 square meters facing west, where you can enjoy a nice sea view. The location is very convenient – it takes about 15 minutes by car to both Torp Shopping Center, Uddevalla center, and Ljungskile. It's about 900 meters to the nearest bus stop with connections to Uddevalla and Ljungskile, where you can also change for trains. There is also a lit walking and cycling path leading into Uddevalla, perfect for those who like to walk or cycle. In Sundstrand, there is a small shop that is open around the clock, and it is only 300 meters down to the beach for a dip or a walk along the water. The rent includes internet, TV, heating, and a parking space. If needed, it is possible to rent a charging station and an extra parking space. The apartment is rented unfurnished.
