The house is located in a quiet part of the area but is still within walking distance to most within Årsta Havsbad and close connections to get to the city or shops in Västerhaninge or Haninge. During the summer months, there are shops and restaurants etc. at the square in the area. The house has largely been renovated in recent years with a new bathroom, kitchen and various surface renovations. The rent is cold rent and heating is with electric elements and an open fireplace. Electricity is paid separately monthly in addition to the cold rent. As the family situation looks, we will not use the house ourselves in the coming years and therefore rent out the home.
