The apartment is rented out for 6-12 months, possibly longer. You are a well-behaved, considerate, smoke- and pet-free person with good references from, for example, previous housing or employer. No payment remarks. Extract from UC applies. Suitable for a student, intern, regular employee, or as an overnight apartment for commuters. Fresh laundry room included in the basement. Also access to garden and patio. Walking distance to grocery store is about 10 minutes and Uddevalla center about 15 minutes.
