A slightly smaller single room costs 3300 SEK/month, while another single room costs 3500 SEK/month. Cozy room for rent in newly purchased duplex (near Uppsala) I am now looking for a pleasant and orderly tenant for a vacant room in my newly purchased and spacious apartment. The apartment is divided into two floors with fantastic natural light in all rooms: Floor 1: A large and bright living room, an equipped kitchen, a lovely patio/terrace, and a guest toilet. Floor 2: Three bedrooms (one of which is the one being rented) and the large main bathroom. All rooms have their own windows with plenty of daylight. What is included in the rent? The rent includes water, electricity, and heating. Since I myself use unlimited mobile surfing on my phone, I currently have no fixed broadband installed in the apartment. If you as a tenant want fixed broadband, we can of course arrange that, and then we share the monthly cost. Area and transportation The location is very convenient! Right below the house is an ICA store, which makes everyday shopping incredibly smooth. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop where bus 811 runs. The trip to Uppsala central station takes around 45–55 minutes. Why am I renting out? I have recently bought this beautiful apartment and live here myself. Since I have extra space, I would like to rent out a room. It also helps me financially to be able to purchase more furniture and appliances for the shared home. About the room and furniture (Important!) The room is unfurnished at the moment, but as soon as we sign the contract, I will buy brand new furniture for you: a new bed (120x200 cm), a comfortable mattress, a desk, and a chair. There is also a spacious walk-in closet in the room. The only things you need to bring yourself are a pillow, a blanket, sheets, and a duvet cover. Requirements for the tenant I am looking for someone who is honest, orderly, and values cleanliness and order. Smoking is absolutely forbidden indoors, but it is fine to smoke outside on the terrace.
