The apartment is centrally located in Skultorp in the same building as Ica nära. The apartment is available immediately. Note: Electricity is not included in the rent; the tenant must sign their own electricity contract. Heating is provided by electric heaters and air/air. Rental criteria that must be met: • You must have a total annual income (before tax) of at least three times the annual rent.
