The outdoor fire pit is cosy all year around! The house is close to the Säbyleden hiking trail that runs along Tjörn's scenic coast. A short walk to the Saluhall, five minutes driving to a supermarket, and ten to Skärhamn or some of beautiful Tjörn's beaches. Energy comes from solar panels and a heat pump, and the villa is well isolated so very electricity efficient. The house will be rented out furnished so that you can move in at short notice.
