I am renting out my cozy apartment in Västertorp/Hägerstensåsen for about a year because I will be working abroad. This is a pleasant semi-basement apartment that is easy to live in and is rented out furnished, and it is suitable for one person or a couple who want a comfortable and quiet accommodation. Not a new build, but the apartment has a new stove, dishwasher, and parking space included in the rent. The laundry room is in the building, just seconds from the front door. The apartment is a bit secluded, so you barely notice the neighbors at all. The area is quiet with good public transportation (3-minute walk to Hägerstensåsen subway station) and close to both green areas and grocery stores. Move-in can happen immediately or according to agreement. Electricity is not included, and the tenant will need to sign their own electricity contract. Internet is also not included. I am looking for someone who is responsible and will take good care of the apartment during the rental period. The rental needs to be approved by my landlord. Therefore, you need to have a full-time job that you can prove with an employment contract.
