Rental apartment studio of approximately 70 m2 in old Bålsta I am renting out part of my property, a detached building with its own entrance, converted into a studio/apartment with two rooms, bathroom/shower, and the remainder of the living space includes a kitchen and a larger open area. The rental cost includes electricity, water, waste, and parking space (no electrical outlet) and the rent is x SEK/month. You need to have your own subscription for internet/TV. Broadband not available. Laundry room is available in the main building's unfinished basement with entrance from outside. I am renting out the accommodation for a shorter period at the moment, minimum 3 months but up to 9 months and occupancy can occur immediately. It can be a perfect transition housing while you look for something more long-term. At the end of the year, consideration can be given to possibly longer rental time. 5 minutes by car to Bålsta station (30 minutes walk), bus stop 100 meters, school 200 meters, grocery store 300 meters. Important: To be considered for renting the property, your income before tax must be 40,000 SEK/month or more. You must be able to verify your income with employment proof/verification, history from a bank account, or payslip. If there are two of you, your combined income must be 55,000 SEK/month before tax, or more. A two-month deposit is required (27,000 SEK) which is refunded if no damage has occurred and after approved professionally performed move-out cleaning. Also important: Send a DM describing more about yourself (and possibly co-tenants), your occupation, income, and when you can begin the rental period if you're offered the rental.
