The apartment is 26 sqm and is very close to the commuter train in Kallhäll, where you can get to T-Centralen in 22 minutes. It is small but spacious, and the area is very cozy. There is a grocery store in the center which you can reach in under 2 minutes. The apartment is situated high up in the building. The rent includes broadband, home insurance for the apartment. In addition to the rent, electricity is paid, which is about 300 SEK, and this varies from month to month depending on your consumption. The apartment is now being rented out as my family member can no longer stay in it.
