Are you a consultant and/or commute to Malmö and would like to stay in the same place? Then perhaps my furnished room/apartment in my furnished basement in popular Limhamn, Rosenvång is interesting. You have your own entrance from the garden and your own shower and toilet. Small kitchenette, hot plates, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge with a small freezer. The rent includes electricity, gas, water, heating, and garbage collection. Parking is available on the street (free) and several bus stops a couple of hundred meters away. You are pet and smoke-free and do not appear in the criminal or load register (I will want to have an extract from the criminal register). This arrangement suits you who regularly stay in Malmö during the weeks, and who appreciate being able to return to the same accommodation every time. Does it sound interesting?
