The residence is located about 5 km north of Överkalix C along the E10. The residence is under renovation and is expected to be ready for rent on October 31, 2026. What should be included in the rent is up to the tenant, the basic rent is based on: Cold rent, furnished for 1-2 people, car parking with engine heater for up to 3 cars, cold storage 6m2, TV, Internet with wifi. There is a large yard, close to the forest and about 200m to Ängesån which flows below. The sketch of the residence attached as a picture is relatively to scale but not 100%. Options: wood-fired sauna, cold garage, warm garage (earliest January 2027). Bus connections along E10 to Överkalix center, Luleå, Kiruna/Gällivare are fairly good. Bus stop about 100 meters away. I can also rent out as a B to B company as invoicing is after request but always in advance.
