The accommodation is located approximately 5 km north of Överkalix C along the E10. The residence is under renovation and is expected to be ready for rent on November 14, 2026. What is included in the rent is up to the tenant, the base rent is based on: Cold rent, furnished for 1-2 people, parking with engine heater for up to 3 cars, cold storage 6m2, TV, internet with Wi-Fi. There is a large yard, close to the forest and about 200m to the Ängesån which flows below. The sketch of the residence attached as an image is relatively to scale but not 100%. Extras: wood-fired sauna, cold garage, warm garage (at the earliest January 2027) Bus connections along the E10 to Överkalix center, Luleå, Kiruna/Gällivare are fairly good. Bus stop about 100 meters away. I can also rent out as a business B to B then invoicing as per request but always in advance.
