The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet, and very bright area with a sea view. In the morning, you are greeted by the sunrise, and in the evening, the day ends with a golden sunset. The apartment is on the 7th floor. The large glass-enclosed terrace offers a fantastic view over large parts of Helsingborg as well as the Danish coastline. The apartment is large and spacious, but one room will be closed with my personal belongings for the first 3–4 months. After that, there is an opportunity to rent the entire apartment. The apartment is fully furnished in an eclectic style with clear elements of classic design and vintage features. Everything needed for comfortable living is here – a piano, fireplace, and rocking chair. The building is well-maintained and clean, the neighbors are quiet, and the area feels safe. The property also has security and a garage under the building. Water and heating are included in the rent, but electricity is paid separately. The tenant also needs to have home insurance. Parking is not included in the rent and is paid for separately. The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a round dining table with chairs in Victorian style. There is a large bathroom with a new washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. The living room has a beautiful crystal chandelier that gives the apartment an elegant and warm atmosphere. There is a bus stop right outside the building, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk to the city center. The apartment is rented out for 3, 6, or 12 months. The apartment is rented out due to a work contract in another location.
