Welcome to Östberga, Älvsjö I am renting out a furnished room in a 4-room apartment to responsible, clean, and non-smoking FEMALE tenants without pets. Monthly rent: 5 000 SEK/month (incl. electricity, water/heating, wifi and access to shared laundry room). Move-in: July 1, 2026. Furniture: Bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk, and chair. Tenants are expected to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order. This includes: - Regular cleaning of own room and common areas - Not leaving dishes out - Following household routines to maintain a pleasant living environment A rental contract will be drawn up. Proof of enrollment or employment certificate may be requested. Location: Östbergahöjden with good public transport connections to Årstaberg, Liljeholmen, Gullmarsplan, Älvsjö, and Farsta.
