STUDENTS / WEEKDAY COMMUTERS ONLY** 👉 If you need to focus on studies/work and not partying, this is the place to live. Be aware that Qasa also requires a deposit that you will get back and a service fee. 👉 The room is available from August 10th - possibly earlier/later and ONLY during the weekdays (negotiable). 👉REQUIREMENT: A presentation should accompany the message with information about: - What you are going to study/work - interests - who you are as a person. Bright cozy furnished room of about 10 sqm in central Vasastan is rented to a well-behaved calm FEMALE person/student with the possibility of extension. I would prefer if you have experience with shared living, but it is not a requirement. *BUT it is a requirement that you know how to manage a household (cleanup after yourself, keep clean) and of course show respect. *NO overnight guests allowed. OTHER: ICA, Post, pharmacy, and train/bus are a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 10-15 minutes to the city. *In the room: desk, chair, storage cabinet, lamps, 90 bed, and 2 wardrobes, mirror. A quilt + 1 pillow is available to borrow. (picture shows roughly how it looks and can be replaced with something similar) *Rent includes electricity, hot water, and broadband. If electricity consumption exceeds the normal, you will have to pay the difference. *Access to kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kettle, shower, and laundry room (currently free). NOTE! The pictures are not from the same rental room as I have switched, but otherwise the same/similar furniture. New pictures will come. You are of course allowed to use what you need for cooking.
