Room for rent starting from July 1st in central Uppsala/Fålhagen. The room is located on the basement level of a house but has a separate entrance. Rent is 5500 per month including electricity/water, heating, Internet. In this rental section, there is a shared kitchen/bathroom/toilet and laundry room. These are shared with others who rent rooms on the same floor. One month's notice is required, and one month's rent is paid in advance. Parking is not included, but there is space on the road outside the house if you want to park, additional fee applies.
